After previous experience working with Loci Solutions, Jason turned to us for help when he joined Sheffield to set up their Asset Management division.
As a CPA with a successful career working at some of the biggest commercial real estate businesses in Australia, Jason says that one of the main reasons he joined Sheffield was to focus on client service delivery and asset management solutions for each client’s portfolio.
After using customised MRI solutions previously, Jason knew what the software was capable of and opted for MRI’s out-of-box solution. Loci’s expert knowledge and local industry experience played an important role in helping Sheffield get the most out of the off-the-shelf solution.
“With Loci’s support we set up MRI from scratch. Although very technical, MRI’s off-the-shelf solution is not process-driven in terms of what a property manager would expect. I wanted manuals, reports and other overlay systems beyond the basic MRI offering and knew that Loci could help us develop our solutions offering to clients,” Jason said.
Sheffield initially engaged Loci to support the set-up of their MRI Software, but soon became one of our first out-sourced processing clients.
With a tight timeline to get the business up-and-running and limited internal resources to support the project, Loci worked as an extension of Jason’s internal team to get the job done.
“Loci are experts in the product, so I didn’t have to worry about how to get the most out of it. Loci were given deliverables and timelines to meet in providing the system solutions so that we could get on with opening the business and transitioning new clients onboard,” Jason said.
After our initial engagement to support the rollout of MRI, Jason has also engaged Loci Solutions to provide ongoing support to bolster his internal resources on the lease administration side of the business.
