Loci Outsourced Services Division

Loci have a team of MRI trained staff who process property accounting transactions in each client’s own MRI PMX platform every business day of the year. Loci are an integral part of our clients teams, managing their daily and monthly requirements in accordance with a mutually agreed timetable. The aim of this division is to solve the pain points of property accounting – allowing property managers and property staff to concentrate on managing their assets, not mountains of administration. Loci’s Outsourced Services Division is led by experienced property industry professionals with a combined 40+ years in client-side property management, systems and accounts, ensuring our clients receive expert and proficient service.

Loci can assist with best practice transactional processing throughout each portfolio’s admin cycle, including but not limited to the following:

Outsourced Services contracts also include:

  • Periodic meetings with team leaders/account manager to discuss performance and any other new requirements, meaning as clients needs evolve so does our service.
  • Use of market leading technology and add on programs to get the most benefit out of the MRI platform.
  • Access to Loci’s enhanced suite of property reports, including client branding.
