OUR BACK STORY

When our co-founders, Nikki Steadman and Gwen Dagg, first met they were working for MRI’s first Australian client – Nikki as a Trust Accountant, and Gwen in Systems Support and Development. Several years later, their paths crossed again when Nikki was working for a software vendor and Gwen was a client. At the time, Nikki didn’t feel like clients were getting the attention they deserved. It frustrated them and it frustrated her, so knowing exactly what they needed and why, Nikki decided to leave and do her own thing.  Steadman Consulting was born and offered independent consulting advice for property companies, looking for a more personalised support experience.

Four years down the track, Gwen was frustrated with corporate red tape, wanted ‘out’ and called Nikki for a reference. Realising they had complementary skill sets and shared values to match, they joined forces to start Loci Solutions.

More than a decade on, Nikki and Gwen are leading our team of property, accounting and software experts with the same desire to make a difference to the people and companies we work with. The rest is history.
