16.07.2010 - New Support Services Manager

We are very proud to announce the internal appointment of Sally-ann Spiteri to Manager, Support Services at Loci Solutions (Aust) Pty Limited.

Loci’s business has grown tremendously over the last 24 months, with the growth of our clients and the decision that many of you have taken to outsource your first line of support to Loci both contributing significantly to this increase. The decision to appoint Sally-ann Spiteri to manage the Loci support offering will ensure that the already high level of service continues to improve and that as new requirements are raised, we proactively develop our services accordingly.

Sally-ann has been with Loci since July 2008 and has proven to be an invaluable resource. Relishing the challenge and uniqueness that is the nature of Support, throughout her career in the property industry she has paid particular attention to business processes, documentation and training. Sally-ann has also recently completed a MBA in Professional Accounting.

For those that are not familiar with Loci’s support offerings, our service gives key users access to a web enabled HELPDESK where they can raise issues they may be experiencing within their property management product, and request assistance with accounting problems or lease administration in general. This service has proven indispensible and assists with process clarification, minor training issues and provides information on new functionality within products that may be available to you.
