Emma Zimmer joins the Loci team in Sydney

Loci Solutions are excited to announce a new team member! Emma Zimmer starts with us this week and will be based in our Sydney office.

Emma brings a wealth of experience having worked in the property industry for over 10 years with property implementation project roles at St Vincent de Paul, Gwynvill Properties and Sydney Trains and also as a Portfolio Coordinator at CBRE. More recently Emma has worked in EMEA on client design and implementation of the Qube Global Software solution.

New Loci Sydney Office Address

We are very excited to make Woodstock Cottage at 172 Pacific Highway, North Sydney our new home. Woodstock Cottage has a long history, the land was originally part of Wollstonecrafts' grant and acquired by Mr John Brown circa 1870 where he built the residence and was originally opposite Brown's timber yard. The property was maintained as a residence until the early 1980's as part of the mixed use development which is located at the rear of the property and from this time the property has been utilised as commercial offices.

New Staff Appointments

Loci Solutions are very pleased to advise of a new staff appointment.

Keely Laing joined us on the 9th June as Administration Assistant.  Keely replaces Blaize Smith who was with us for 3 years.

As well as assisting us in the day to day running of the office, Keely is responsible for our Loci Services offering, conducting indexing and quality assurance processes on clients who choose to outsource their NexusPayables indexing to Loci.
